Why Safe
Your organization's procurement process — safe, transparent, and reliable.
1. Vendor Verification
Every supplier organization is verified through National ID (NID) and business registration checks before approval. Unverified organizations cannot participate in bidding. We confirm each supplier's operational history and contact information.
2. RFP Confidentiality
In sealed bids, submitting suppliers cannot see each other's quotes — all bids remain confidential until the deadline passes. Buyer requirement details and attached documents are visible only to approved suppliers.
3. No Bait-and-Switch — Won Bids Are Binding
Once a bid is accepted, it is binding. Suppliers cannot raise prices or change terms after acceptance. The contract is finalized at the submitted bid price — no hidden costs or last-minute changes.
4. Identity Protection for Buyers and Vendors
Personal information of both buyers and suppliers is protected. Buyer contact details are shared only with the accepted supplier. Supplier business information is not shared with third parties without consent.
5. Honest Reporting — Published Averages and Statistics
Each supplier's completed bids count, acceptance rate, average response time, and rating are published transparently. No statistics are inflated or suppressed. Buyers can make informed decisions based on this data.
6. Government Tenders Explicitly Excluded
Khansland Bids is exclusively for private B2B procurement. Government tenders are not published here — this policy was adopted to avoid conflicts of interest and maintain transparency. For government procurement, use e-GP.
7. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises during the procurement process, report it to our mediation team. We listen to both parties and attempt to resolve within 7 business days. Serious violations result in supplier account suspension.
8. Privacy of Your Business Data
Your procurement history, bid details, and business transaction data are completely confidential. This information is not shared with any competitor, advertiser, or third party. Your business strategy stays with you.
