1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Khansland platform (khansland.com.bd and all subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account gives you access to all twelve Khansland platforms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. KL Points

KL Points are earned through platform activity (purchases, reviews, referrals). Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users. Khansland reserves the right to modify the points program at any time.

4. Platform-Specific Terms

Each platform (Shop, Mart, Meal, Meet, WeDo, Ride, Euro, Bids, Expo, Trip, Gigs, Acad) may have additional terms specific to its services. These supplement but do not replace these general terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Posting illegal or harmful content
• Attempting to exploit or hack our systems
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software on Khansland are the property of Khansland or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Khansland provides its platforms "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
